For some reason this idea has been popping up lately. This myth that running causes acne. And usually back acne. Let me address this as I have some experience as a runner and as one who has had his fair share of acne. I played soccer for 12 years growing up from 6 until I was 18, and I can safely say that whether it was in season or out, I had acne always. Would it worsen in season? I don’t recall this happening at all. However, I was also getting a lot of sun, especially right before school started with long soccer practices starting like 6 weeks out before school started every year in high school. But early on when I first started getting acne at age 10 or 11 as I remember, this had no bearing on acne. The only thing that made a huge difference was when we started using Its Pure Soap… this made a HUGE difference. You all need to try it!
